 July 19, Sunday: Day 1

5 - 6:30 pm:Introduction to Meditation, Yoga, Breathing and Archetypes (inner guides)
6.30 - 7.30 pm:Supper
7.30 - 9 pm: Yoga poses, Breath work and No-Ego meditation
9 pm:Spiritual film (optional)
 July 20, Monday: Day 2
9.30 - 10.30 am Yoga poses, Breath work and Chanting
10.30 to noonProblem of Fear and Sorrow in humans. Exploration into Ego
12 - 4 pm Lunch and free time to explore the area or for personal dialogue with teachers
4 - 5 pm: Biology, Psychology and Spirituality of Meditation
5 - 6 pm:Mindfulness Meditation
6 - 8 pm:Supper, free time and Spirituality of Meditation
8 - 9 pm:Inner Guides and Walking Meditation
9 pm:Spiritual film (optional)
 July 21, Tuesday: Day 3

10.30 to noonPath of Peace, Healing and Freedom from Fear. Exploration into Soul

4 - 6 pm:Philosophy and Practice of Sound Meditation or Chants

8 - 9 pm:Energy Centers and Energy Meditation

8 - 9 pm:Self-Love Meditation
