This is a five day nature retreat for Self-discovery, Healing and Celebration of daily living through dialogue, gentle yoga, breathing techniques and meditations.
During these five days participants will explore and experience:
- the personal and universal dimensions of the seven Chakras and their energy (Kundalini)
- the connection of the Chakras to the five elements and three Ayurvedic constitutions or Prakirti
- the application of knowledge of Arurvedic constitution to the discovery of ways of living in greater harmony with one's own nature including potential lifestyle changes in the areas of food, sleep, exercise and relationships.
Fee: $875 includes food, accommodation and course material
